Meredith began her passion for architecture & design at six years old. She designs mindful spaces & plans that help connect your mind, body, and soul with nature. Her designs use lots of Natural Light and take full advantage of each site’s environmental features, to increase energy efficiency and create a continuity in connection to outside. CUSTOM HOME PLANS
We can design a custom house plan for you complete with everything you need to build and construct your dream home. From detailed floor plans, structural information, roof layout, environment specifications, site considerations and much more, your custom house design will have it all. (Start here)
CONSULTATIONS
Invite us to your site, or your home so we can see your vision in person. We will sit with you, or walk your site. While discussing your project we will identify the project's potential, and make suggestions that will best serve your needs, while making note of any challenges your site or home might present.
MASTER PLANS
Some goals can be solved with 1 project, while others require years of planning. Often, budget is a factor when needing to phase a project. We develop master-plans for your big picture goal and roadmap steps to get there in a way that is efficient, affordable, sensible and most important, specific to your needs.

REMODELS & RENOVATIONS
While both a home renovation and a remodel keep within the same footprint, a remodel often includes structural changes, such as roof lines, or interior framing. If your kitchen or bathroom is outdated, your master bedroom and closet space no longer feel functional, look to a residential remodeling contractor to help.
Renovating is more of a facelift, with very minor, if any framing changes, with the main goal of updating and breathing new life into your home. This process is a less invasive procedure.
